The Design Story
Potted began as Kiley’s Quilt Room’s first fabric collection, inspired by a love of house plants and quilting. Its Moda brochure describes soft, muted colours and clean, minimalist designs drawn from leaves, blooms and indoor plant textures. This white coordinate carries a geometric pebble shape printed tone on tone rather than a botanical motif. The low contrast reads almost like a plain white from a distance, so it gives small background pieces some texture without competing with the leaf prints. Jemima’s Creative Quilting chose it as a quiet geometric coordinate for makers who want the Potted palette to breathe between larger botanical designs.
