Types of Longarm Quilting
There are different types of quilting and we are more than happy to discuss them with you.
Edge to edge quilting
Edge to edge longarm quilting is a very popular method for finishing your quilt tops.
This is an all over pattern that works well with your patchwork top.
There are over 100 designs to choose from.
Custom Longarm quilting
Custom Longarm quilting is another way to have your quilt top completed. This is very popular for Show entry quilts, or for those who would like a more individualised quilting pattern.
Combination Longarm-Custom quilting
There is also the option of having a combination of both custom and edge to edge on your quilt top. This is popular for those who have hand embroidery, raised flowers or embellishments or would like to highlight a section on the handmade quilt with custom longarm quilting and edge to edge on the remaining parts of the quilt.

Quotes are provided free of charge and the cost is based on quilt size and type of longarm quilting, call in anytime during shop hours with your quilt top to discuss your quilting needs, get help choosing your quilting pattern and the perfect wideback fabric to compliment your quilt.
Can't Make it In Store?
We can connect with you over Google meet video call, phone or quote via photos of your quilt to consult on colour and pattern choice and accept quilts by post. Before sending your quilt top to us, please contact us here for a quote, posting instructions and postal address.
No Hidden Extra's
We do not have additional set up charges, thread charges, ironing charges or pattern charges,
just one price for all edge to edge patterns.

We sell and recommend Matilda's Own Wadding for the inside of your quilt.
If you bring your own wadding and/or backing please ensure they are at least 8 inches bigger than your quilt top!
