Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST

 

Fabric Details
All fabric is cut in one continuous length unless over 7 metres is ordered, then it may be in more than one piece.
Our minimum cut is 50cm and we sell in 50cm increments.

Quantity: 1  = 50cm , 2  = 1 metre, 3 = 1.5 metres and so on

Most fabric is 110cm wide including the selvage unless otherwise stated in the product description

 

For our International customers please note 50cm is a metric measurement and is equivalent to approximately 19.75 inches

Orders

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email from us.  Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot locate the email.  If you still cannot locate it please use the contact us form and let us know as you may not put the correct email address when ordering.

 

Postage & Handling Australia

We offer a Flat Rate Postage & Handling charge to anywhere in Australia.

Estimated Delivery times are 5 to 9 business days from the date we dispatch your order for Metro areas.  Regional areas may take longer.

We offer a Flat Rate Express Postage & Handling charge.

Estimated Delivery times are 1 to 2 business days from the date we dispatch your order for Metro areas.  Regional areas may take longer.

All orders are sent via Australia Post.  All orders are tracked.

Click & Collect Service. Order online and collect your order in store and pay no Postage & Handling fees.  Collection available during store opening hours.

 

International Shipping

Enter your country at the checkout and the Shipping & Handling Fee will be shown. Shipping is by weight.

Please feel free to email us for an estimate on shipping.   

All orders have tracking and included up to $100 of insurance. If the parcel is lost only the insured value will be refunded.  Additional Insurance can be purchased.  ​An email will be sent when the order is shipped. 

If you haven't received a tracking email please use the  Contact Us Page to let us know and please ensure you provide the correct email address.

Colours
We have made every effort to display colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website. As the actual colours you see depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

PDF Patterns

PDF patterns are available for immediate download after payment has been made on the Thank you for your Order Screen.  An email will also be sent with a link to your pattern.  This link will be available for 30 days.   You will need to have an App or program that reads these types of files- filename.pdf.  Please check your device before purchasing as there is no refund on these products.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your email.

 

E Gift Card

E Gift Cards do not expire.  E Gift Cards are for use online only and can be used over multiple transactions until the balance is nil.

 

Classes and Workshops

A full refund will be provided if we cancel a class or workshop due to insufficient numbers. Class and Workshop fees paid will be refunded at our discretion if cancelled by the purchaser.  Some Classes, Workshops, Retreats and Special Events have their own individual cancellation policies please check carefully before purchasing.  In most cases an administration fee will be deducted for any cancellation.  Once any Class, Workshop or event has started no refunds shall be given for any reason.

We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards safely and securely for our customers.  Authorize.Net adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.  We do not store you Credit Card data.

We are happy to take orders over the phone, just have your credit card and postage details ready.  Shipping Policy apply to over the phone orders.

 

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Please select carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind about your purchase for any reason including your colour choice.

Although items are carefully packed if you do receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 5 days to organise an exchange or refund. 

Patterns and Books cannot be exchanged or refunded due to copyright for any reason.  PDF patterns cannot be returned or refunded.

Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Any personal information we collect from you such as your name, address, email and phone number credit card information will only be used to process your order. Your information is used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
