Liberty of London Emily Belle fabric colour Peacock is a celebration of botanicals including daisies, marguerites, peonies and cornflowers.

Drawn in outline and arranged over a plain coloured ground the soft, fine lines and delicate tonal qualities are designed to co-ordinate smoothly with a wide variety of Liberty prints from their vast archive, for a seamless mix-and-match effect.

Traditionally screen printed onto soft Lasenby cotton, this base is suited for craft projects and classic patchwork quilting.

The Design Story

Emily Belle is a Liberty collection of tone on tone wildflower outlines, printed on premium Lasenby cotton. Its palettes span vivid brights, rich jewels and calming neutrals, so there is a shade for almost any quilt. Peacock sets the white outlines against a deep teal ground, a saturated shade that frames pale prints well and anchors the darker end of a palette. The soft line work acts as a breaker between bolder focal prints, adding texture without competing for attention. We stock many shades of Emily Belle so you can build a tonal palette from one range.
