The Design Story
Sherri and Chelsi gave Delightfully Yours a chartreuse because every warm-toned collection needs something bright and slightly unexpected to make the other colours sing. This lime-chartreuse dot is the pop of fresh green that brings the navy, geranium, poolside, and carnation prints to life when you lay them out together. The tiny dot-cluster motif is one of the smallest-scale prints in the collection, close to a near-solid, which means it plays a background or blender role while adding just a whisper of pattern. We stocked it because this particular chartreuse reads as both a cool green and a warm yellow depending on the fabrics around it, which is exactly what makes it so useful in a mixed palette.
